CLASS INTRODUCTION
Below you will find descriptions of what to expect in our classes. All classes on the schedule have a number indicating what level of practice each class is geared towards. ‘All levels’ is suitable for newer yogis whereas a level 2 or 3 class is geared towards students already knowledgeable of poses and are searching for more of a challenge. When in doubt, just ask! For people completely new to yoga, we recommend our Beginner’s Series on Saturday mornings.

It is a six-week introduction to get a foundation with basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness. We seek to provide our community with a wide array of class types and teachers. If you feel there is something we may be missing, we’d love to hear from you!
